Have you ever wondered how our Universe creates planets or how life is formed? Well NASA’s Office of Planetary Protection is teaming up with the ESA (European Space Agency) and is in the process of planning a mission known as the Solar Orbiter. This mission is dedicated to heliospheric and solar physics. The idea is to understand and document how planets are developed along with the emergence of life itself. Pretty cool right?
This study will take place from 2015-2025 and if successful, we will learn how our solar system works and possibly the origin of the Universe! The first scheduled launch date will take place at The Kennedy Space Center in 2017. Do you think it will be a success?
